Expert witness engagements are typically handled personally by Jeff Moore, the firm's principal consultant. For assignments not pertaining primarily to a testifying expert witness role, our consulting services can be thought of as lying somewhere along a service continuum. At one end, we offer a "prescriptive" approach, and at the other, a "turnkey" solution. In the middle is our "facilitative" approach.

• In the prescriptive approach, after an in-depth study of a client situation, we objectively provide oral and written reports of our observations and recommendations. We can then be retained to help implement our recommendations under a separate facilitative or turnkey consulting engagement.

• With a facilitative approach, JE Moore assumes a facilitator/collaborator role throughout the engagement. This involves working closely with client individuals and teams, leading them through every stage of the assignment.

• Under our turnkey approach, we not only provide prescriptive and/or facilitative guidance when appropriate, we take primary responsibility for hands-on implementation of recommendations made by us, the client, or third parties.

Depending on the size, complexity and urgency of an assignment, if appropriate, we can provide a "bundled" consulting/staffing solution that includes just the right blend of higher-level JE Moore experts and part-time or interim staff augmentation professionals.
