He owns the JE Moore firm and leads all aspects of this non-traditional, niche-oriented CPA/consulting practice. His role on engagements depends on each assignment's complexity, urgency, size, or duration. In many cases, Jeff functions as a sole-practitioner with no involvement from the firm's various contract associates.
